Due to the 2nd team cup game and the shortage of players, the squads were shuffled around this week with the intention of everyone getting court time.
Everyone played at least three quarters of the game and Nicky gatland (capt) played a half.
The passing was strong and direct but on occasions some movement was not as good with people not driving onto the ball.
From the beginning it was clear we were a stronger team and took the opportunity for players to try different positions apart from Georgia and Hannah but they took the challenge well and were very good.
Around and into the 'D' the passing was excellent, just needed to rememeber to stay top and sides. Even though it was an easy match, everyone concentrated and there were very few silly passes and hardly any unnecessary penalties and free passes given. Hastings were fairly aggressive and began to answer back but again the team stayed focused.
Those who don’t normally play with the 1st team players stepped up their game and worked really hard, Well done everyone
